  6. I myself am lucky to get a wreath on my door. However, I'm trying to be better. (Help me!) In the Philippines Christmas celebrations starts September 1st. (Those Pinoys do love a reason to party!) I'm all for that!

  7. i start way too early unfortunately. we are busy booking performers and activities for the kiddos here at my library, and it spills over onto home. by the end of it, i am turning green with every ghost sighting.

  8. I put up my "fall" decor last week, but I think Halloween will wait until the last week of Sept - I haven't gotten that one down yet. As for Christmas - we decorate the day/weekend after Thanksgiving. I would do it earlier, but for the last three or so years we have had Thanksgiving dinner at our house. I just turn my jack-o-lanterns around so that it looks festive. I would like to listen to Christmas Music right now (and sometimes I do in my car), but usually I wait until Nov. 1st!

  9. I say Fall decorations start in the next few weeks. Christmas - the day after Thanksgiving. I feel bad for Thanksgiving, it kind of gets looked over.

  14. Popping in and following from New Friend Fridays!

I always wait until Oct 1 for Halloween, and the day after Thanksgiving for Christmas. I do like putting up Fall decorations earlier though, and then adding in spookier stuff for Halloween.

  17. So I am just sad I am so far away now that you have started this. I guess you can ship things right? And I will have a new house in December that will need all sorts of decorating right away... I have to wait until like Dec. 15th! Yes, that is late! Everything in storage, so I will need something to put out! p.s. fan of facebook, and now following this blog!

  18. I start early in my house ~ after all, if I like the way it looks, who cares what anyone thinks? I've already started my Halloween craft projects, too, and look forward to starting Christmas in a few weeks. These pumpkins would look just great in my living room! :)

  21. I don't think it is ever too early to start decorating. I decorate by the season, so right now I have my fall stuff up, I'll put my Halloween decor out usually the last week of September, but it coordinates with my fall decor. Christmas, I have everything out the weekend after Thanksgiving.

Ps I just follwed on facebook and I'm one of your blog follower, I ADORE the pumpkins :)
